Awards for the best tapas
After participating in the different tapas competitions in Teruel, we would like to highlight those tapas that won prizes for those who wish to have the opportunity to taste them. The first prize to highlight would be the award for the best tapa of pork with traditional bread base 2012, 'Sabores del Jiloca'; Mix black pudding, cheese and truffled onion jam, ingredients arranged on a traditional bread base that provide not only a support, but also, the smell and taste of our bread. The second to highlight is the 2005 Best Tapa of Ham award, "Pincho Mudéjar", ham roll filled with gulas with a base of natural tomato is spread on a traditional crusty bread. Finally, the 2005 Best People's Award, "Montadito Los Juncos"; It has a flat surface with a layer of soft melted cheese and an intense pate base.
